• First come first serve basis.
• Your order will be treated within 2 working days. if we do not receive any payment or notification from you within that 2 days your order will be canceled automatically, and if it happened more than 3 times you will be blacklisted by WALK-IN BAYU.
• We will give priority to those who make the payment first for that particular item.
• We will send u an email to confirm your order and state whether the item available or not. If it is available WALK-IN BAYU will provide u total payable and banking details.
• If u want to cancel or change an order, please contact us rapidly walkinbayu@gmail.com and we will do our best to cancel or change your order.
• Please bank in the money within 24 or 48 hrs period, either using online/manual transaction (atm machine, counter). If u think u cannot make the payment within the time stated please email us asap walkinbayu@gmail.com.
• Please take note, it is compulsory to email us your proof of payment either state us the transaction date and time or scan/take picture of the transaction slip. Please fill in the recipient email: walkinbayu@gmail.com when u make your online payment.
• For ATM cash deposit, if you have balance, we will return your money together along in the item package.
• Please state date/time/from what bank to us. This is VERY IMPORTANT. Do email us after u have made the payment or else we won't know.
• Buying is at your own risk.
• Items are 100% in new and good condition.
• Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.
• The colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products.
• Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a charge of the shipping fee. For more details please check at Delivery & Shipping page.

• Once u have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from u within 7 days, we will assume that u have already received the goods.
• Wait for your item to be arrived. Estimated delivering time is 1-3 business days. Tracking number will be given upon request. If you do not receive your item more than 3 days please call POSLAJU HOTLINE 1300 300 300 to track your parcel.
